We prefer Shopify collaborator or staff access limited to the work being performed. Please do not send account passwords. Access to ad or analytics platforms is requested only when it is needed for testing.
Send the store and current tracking setup. We’ll give you a quick view on whether manual migration appears necessary—before you scope it with your client.
No. The August 26, 2026 deadline referenced here applies to non-Plus stores. We can also review Plus stores, but Plus-specific or heavily customized checkout work may require a separate quote.
Yes. Your agency keeps the client relationship. Siyah can work behind the scenes, communicate through your team, and provide a QA report you can use in your own delivery. We do not solicit your client.
A standard store includes up to three standard tracking integrations and no unusually complex GTM container, affiliate network, custom app, multi-store architecture, or bespoke data-layer dependency. We confirm scope before work starts.
GTM can be supported where it is the appropriate implementation, but containers with custom templates, server-side tagging, complex consent logic, or many vendor tags are reviewed and quoted separately.
No passwords should be sent. We prefer Shopify collaborator or staff access with only the permissions required for the agreed work, plus limited access to the relevant analytics or advertising tools when necessary.
Yes. Standard stores are priced per store. Send the store list and tracking stack first so we can identify any shared implementation pattern or non-standard scope.
Shopify states that non-Plus stores that have not upgraded will be auto-upgraded to the new Thank You and Order Status pages. Existing customizations that rely on deprecated or incompatible approaches may still need to be replaced, so reviewing them before the change is safer.
No. We verify the technical event implementation and the consistency of purchase data we can observe. Attribution models, consent, browser restrictions, platform processing, and reporting windows can still cause differences between Shopify and advertising platforms.
